ZOE Abundant Living

We, at ZOE: Abundant Living Organization, hold to the following Statement of Faith, which represents our shared beliefs as evangelical conservative Christians. While we recognize that there may be variations in theological perspectives among Christians, we believe that the following tenets are fundamental to the Christian faith and will guide our work in serving the poor:

  1. We believe in the Holy Trinity: one God in three persons—God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. We affirm that Jesus Christ is the only wayof salvation.
  2. We believe in the authority and inspiration of the Bible as the infallible Word of God, consisting of the Old and New Testaments. We rely on Scripture as the ultimate guide for our faith and practice.
  3. We believe in the fallen nature of humanity and our need for salvation. We affirm that salvation is a free gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
  4. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven, and His promised return.
  5. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, who convicts individuals of sin, regenerates hearts, and empowers believers for righteous living and service.
  6. We believe in the universal Church, which consists of all true believers in Jesus Christ, regardless of denominational affiliation. We seek unity among Christians and respect the diversity of traditions within the body of Christ.
  7. We believe in the power of prayer and its role in seeking God’s guidance, provision, and intervention in all aspects of life and ministry.
  8. We believe in the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death. We affirm the biblical definition of marriage as the lifelong union between one man and one woman.
  9. We believe in the responsibility of Christians to care for the poor, needy, and marginalized in society. We are committed to offering practical assistance, promoting justice, and sharing Christ’s love through our actions.
  10. We believe in the hope of eternal life, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment. We encourage individuals to embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ and experience the transformative power of His grace.

While our primary focus is to serve the poor and marginalized, we acknowledge that our Christian faith motivates and inspires our work. We welcome people from all backgrounds and denominations to participate in our mission, recognizing that our common goal is to extend compassion and alleviate suffering.

By embracing these core beliefs, we strive to create an environment where all individuals can find hope, healing, and restoration, both physically and spiritually.
